Hand Made in Guatemala
Our fannypacks are handmade in an artisanal shop in Guatemala. How we make our product is just as important to us as the final result. We chose to work with a factory who supports women by teaching them leather crafting, paying fair wages, and also supports them outside of their jobs. These women make our bags with much love always with our end customer in mind.
Zero Waste Initiative
We up-cycle scrap leather from a local leather factory, reducing their production waste, giving this material a second life and contributing towards a more circular economy.
When sourcing this scrap leather, we save all the leather that would have otherwise been obsolete. The scrap leather goes through a selection process to ensure we still use quality materials.
Extending Versatility
One of our sustainability goals is to extend the versatility of your product. We want you to buy a product that will live a long life in your closet and that you can wear multiple ways.
Most of our designs can be worn as a belt bag, crossbody bag, chain bag, or clutch. This way you get the most BANG for your BUCK while contributing towards a slower fashion model.
Conscious Packaging
All bags come with a pouch made by The New Denim Project - a Guatemala based company that upcycles denim by breaking down denim to its fiber state and are spun once again into new fabrics.
We also shift away from plastic in all our shipping and handling.
